The Great Gingerbread Build 2023


Event Registration

The 6th Annual Great Gingerbread Build will take place on Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm in the Newnan-Coweta Habitat ReStore (216 Bullsboro Dr, Ste B-1 in Newnan). Registrants will receive a gingerbread kit complete with icing, candies, foundation, etc.

Teams will be given 1 HOUR to complete an entirely edible, self-standing gingerbread house. This event has grown in popularity over the past several years and the competition is steep, so make sure to bring your own additional edible ingredients that will make your confectionary creations stand out!

But beware! No building is complete without obstacles. The Grinch has wreaked havoc on construction efforts with building citations and unforeseen delays. Will his antics impact your family-friendly fun?

Participants will also enjoy hot chocolate and cider stations and Christmas cookie decorating!

Bring your tacky sweater and ALL of your holiday cheer to help NCHFH provide decent, safe, and affordable housing to those in need in our community! 100% of the proceeds from this event will support Habitat construction efforts in Coweta County.
