Volunteers are needed to assist Newnan-Coweta Habitat for Humanity with building the final three homes in our 7-home East Broad Estates development. The scope of work is tentative and subject to change depending on the progress of the build, so we are not able to provide specifics on the activities for the day.
Volunteer shifts begin at 7:45 AM and end at 4 PM.
Volunteer Requirements
- All volunteers must be 18 years old or older to participate in construction activities. 16- and 17-year-olds can help with cleaning, landscaping, and painting. If you are 16 or 17 years old, please contact the volunteer coordinator at volunteer@nchfh.org before registering for a volunteer day.
- Must wear closed toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
- Must read and sign a volunteer waiver (the link to submit a waiver will be included in your registration confirmation email).
- Must watch the safety video here prior to volunteering.
